322. Where an offence described in sections 314 to 318 continues for more than one day, it is considered a separate offence for each day or part of a day during which it continues.

322. Where an offence described in sections 315 to 321 continues for more than one day, it is considered a separate offence for each day or part of a day during which it continues.
Notwithstanding paragraph 2 of section 12 of the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15), separate offences may be described in a single count.
